Ever wondered how some people are able to follow their “dreams” and achieve their goals while most of us can’t get through the month of January without flaking out on something we’ve set for ourselves? What if I told you there was an art to manifesting?
That there might be a reason why your goals fall through? Are you ready to manifest your wildest dreams starting now? If so, this article is for you. I will share the tools I’ve used this past year that’s helped manifest my dreams into reality! Sounds corny but it’s true!
This year I’ve traveled for six months like a digital nomad while working from my laptop. I visited four places from my vision board: Dubai, Netherlands, Himalaya mountains, and Dubrovnik.
I’ve given my first ever live talk in Rotterdam, and I even gave a live workshop in Delhi. I am earning the income I’ve been dreaming of. Mike Dooley even shared my advice on happiness. If you don’t know who Mike Dooley is, he is the founder of tut.com and was one of the teachers in the documentary “The Secret,”
Not to mention, I can’t complain about working on the beach this past year!
This year has truly been the best year of my life. I have seen my wildest dreams come true!
I’ve learned that there’s actually an art to manifesting, and here are some of the guideposts I’ve created for you:
1. Powerful vision and vision board
Statistics state that 99% of the population do not have defined goals in their life or career! It’s not surprising that so many people are walking around feeling lost, unhappy, and confused about their life. Is this you? Don’t worry! If you aren’t clear in this moment, shine a light on what you DON’T want, then see what it is you’d need to do to make this better.
Then, I want you to boost your vision with a BIG dream, something you wouldn’t dare to dream of achieving or having! Write your vision for next year like everything you want is possible!
Once you’re done, make it visual and create an inspiring vision board for 2018. Your vision will pull you through and give you motivation each day to work on your goals and to keep up the positive mindset! It will inspire you to become the best version of yourself in 2018.
The last and the most powerful step is to declare the dreams you want to manifest in 2018. To everyone! Sharing your dreams shows we have a firm belief that our dreams will come true.
Guess what! Last year in December I declared my goals on my blog with my entire audience! Everything that I wrote in that blog post, every single New Year resolution and dream has become my reality in this year!
2. Reflect on the past year
I’ve been doing this ritual for more than ten years. It has helped me to become successful in everything I’ve been doing over the years.
I take some time on New Year’s Eve and I reflect on the past year:
- What were the most significant life lessons that I’ve learned?
- What things am I most proud of myself for achieving this year?
- What are the things that I could have done better?
- What are the most memorable moments I’ve had this year?
- What are my New Year’s resolutions for the next year?
I also set the powerful intention for the next year:
“This year, I will ____________, while being the best ____________ I can be.”
In the first blank insert what you WILL do, the next blank, insert WHO you will be while doing it.
More than any New Years resolution, this one has the most power, when we decide who we will be and what we will do, we will naturally grow and improve in every area of our life!
3. Embrace new rituals
We cannot change anything in our life unless we change the person who has created the life we are living, ourselves! We cannot change our life unless we change the rituals, habits, and behaviors that got us stuck in the first place
Like Tony Robbins wisely says:
“We don’t get our SHOULD’S in life, we get our MUSTS! We don’t get what we want; we get what we have to have!”
If you do not decide 100% that you MUST change something, you won’t! It will be one more dismissed and recycled New Year’s resolution next year. You have to decide that your dreams are a priority. That means schedule it into your daily routine. Invest money in seeking help and expert advice or training. Commit to your new rituals and be consistent!
Wherever you are in your life right now, is the result of your rituals.
I mean, let’s get real! Your weight was not gained overnight. It was months, sometimes years, of making bad food choices and deciding to sit instead of moving your body. Same goes for other areas of your life where you want to improve or achieve massive results!
Take some quiet time and get real with yourself: what are the rituals and habits that lead you to success in other areas of life? What’s holding you back? What rituals in your life and habits do you need to eliminate and replace with new ones?
What are some empowering rituals that will help you achieve the things you want? Massive success is an accumulation of consistent practices. So choose the practices that will cater to the results you want.
4. Believe in YOU and YOUR dreams
20% of our success is the right strategy, and 80% is the right mindset. If you don’t believe in yourself, no matter how hard you work, how smart, talented, or committed you are, you will never see your dreams manifest.
You have to be willing to replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones. Believing that what you want is possible for you. Also, walking around all day stressed out, angry, resentful, and pissed off will not help us move from where we are to where we want to be!
Surround yourself with people who are positive. Read inspiring books and articles. Listen to empowering podcasts. Sign up for self-help workshop or training. Read advice from successful people you admire. Work with a coach. Let go of old wounds and seek the therapist if needed. Make a decision to become the best version of yourself!
I worked hard this year on empowering my money mindset. Working with coaches who helped me find a good strategy to let go of the scarcity I felt around money. This alone was very powerful for me. Getting help allowed me to work smarter, not harder.
Professionally, this has been my best year ever, and I didn’t even work half as much as I used to!
5. Start Each day with a powerful intention and end it with gratitude
I have started practicing this recently as advised by my coach, and it has been so powerful for me! If we start our day with a powerful intention and a plan and end it with gratitude. We will begin each day on the right foot and end it with bliss! I will say it again:
IF WE START OUR DAY WITH A POWERFUL INTENTION AND A PLAN AND END IT WITH GRATITUDE, WE WILL BEGIN EACH DAY ON THE RIGHT FOOT, AND END WITH BLISS!
Every day, when you wake up, make an inspiring intention for the day, instead of just going through the day randomly. Last month I visited a beautiful Buddhist monastery on Himalaya mountain, and I fell in love with this quote pinned there by the Dalai Lama –
“Every day, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others; to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry or think badly about others. I am going to help others as much as I can”.
Always end your day with gratitude, by noting all the beautiful things you have experienced and you were blessed with. Gratitude is helpful in shifting the focus from lack to abundance.
6. Invest in your happiness
Get real and take a look how much you are investing in your happiness? Decide how committed you are to investing in your future rather than investing in materialistic items. Choose to focus on long-term happiness rather than short term.
To be a happy person, you need to make your happiness your #1 priority!!! That means your happiness first. Everything else later! Your happiness is non-negotiable, everything else is negotiable! Your happiness is a MUST in your life.
7. Believe in miracles
To have a miraculous life, you need to believe in miracles. This might make sense, but so easy to forget. If we expect life to be hard, it will be hard. Simple as that.
We have to be able to shift this around: let’s believe that we are DESERVING of the miracles that can happen and start each day with that intention.
Let’s believe today is going to be a miraculous one!
Let’s believe this year is going to be a miraculous one!
Let’s believe we have the power to manifest our wildest dreams.
I’m leaving you with an intention to inspire you with this article and that together we create more miracles and manifest more dreams in 2018!

you are wonderful!!
